Rapid Care Mobility have developed a customised ordering system to meet both the administrative and service requirements of the hospital. Ordering is simple, with the option of next day delivery available. Our experienced delivery personnel will set up the equipment and provide instructions on its use. Our industry leading Patient Discharge System helps facilitate a smooth and safe discharge with both Pre-Admission and Post Admission systems available. We have the ability to set up a complete hospital ward in your home with products designed to assist with patient comfort and carer support. We offer a delivery process that includes delivery, installation and a demonstration on safe equipment usage by our trained delivery personnel. Our wide range of equipment caters for all clients including paediatric, bariatric and high level care.
Rental Terms & Conditions
The rental period starts from the day the equipment is collected or delivered from the Rapid Care Mobility showroom until the equipment is returned, a minimum of two weeks rental applys to all agreements. Rapid Care Mobility e can end a hire agreement and collect equipment if:
1. Payments are not made by invoice due date.
2. Equipment has been misused.
Pickup and delivery charges apply. Next day delivery available to all metropolitan areas. Prices are subject to change without notification. All rental equipment repairs are to be undertaken by Rapid Care Mobility staff only. All items can be purchased, 50% of what has been paid in rental fees will be deducted from the purchase price.
Credit Card payments
A deposit is not required for rentals paid by credit card deductions. If equipment is deemed not to be returned in satisfactory condition, the client will be liable for any restoration costs; such charges will be debited to the nominated credit card. The nominated credit card will be debited four weeks in advance for all on-going rental costs or until such time the rental agreement is finalised.
Cash/Cheque/Money Order payments
Rental paid by cash, cheque or bank deposits will require a deposit as nominated on this document. An invoice will be posted for four weeks rental in advance. If equipment is deemed not to be returned in satisfactory condition, the client will be liable for any restoration costs; such costs will be deducted from the deposit taken. In the event the deposit does not cover the full cost of restoration Rapid Care Mobility retains the right to recover such costs. Deposit refunds will be sent to the client’s specified address via cheque within 5 working days, no cash refunds are given.
